7:30 AM  Recitation of Maka Hannya Haramitta Shingyo and Daihi Shin Dharani repeatedly for 4.5 hours

12:00 PM  One more chanting of Morning Service with 108 recitations of Kobun's name

12:30 PM  Chanting of the Heart Sutra in English for one hour

1:30 PM  Continuous recitations of the Heart Sutra Mantra

5:00 PM  Chanting of the Heart Sutra in English

5:55 PM  Close of practices and Dedication of Merit

6:00 PM  As It Is Meditation
